Thats a nice ride Jack.  75mph on 3s from a 4300kv motor is awesome.  How long have you been into RC? What other cars do you have?  Where are you from?  How old are you?  What do you do?

Hi Boost. Welcome to the speed world.

75mph is not too shabby for your first attempts.

Are you thinking of attending a speed event this year and trying to set any class records? If so I would recommend you check out the class rules and decided what one you want to build your car to. You can check out the class rules here

http://www.fast-rc.co.uk/forum/index.php?page=16

Good luck with the car.

I would LOVE to attend an event....are there any in the U.S.??...

heres a link to a few runs from yesterday....there was a 20mph crosswind making the car track a bit off center...but i mustered a few 73+mph passes to illustrate the consistancy of the setup....earlier in the day with less wind the car made a 75.2mph pass but i did not have my friend with me to take video....enjoy!

...Today i decided to add a GY401 Gyro to the car and prepare for some more speed.....39t pinion and 76t spur on the way....hope to see 80mph with that setup...test runs with the gyro proved a success...tracked straight and smooth with wheelspin and heavy braking....
